A business proposal is a document you create to offer a product, service, or solution to a potential client or partner. It explains what you can do, how you will do it, and why they should choose you.

A quote is a document that shows the estimated price of goods or services you offer to a customer. It includes details like the cost, quantity, and terms, helping the customer decide whether to accept the offer.

To convert an estimate  quote/ proposal  into an invoice:

• Navigate to the Quotes/Proposals module located under Sales in the left-hand sidebar.
• Select the quote/proposal that you want to convert to an invoice.
• On the right-hand side, select Convert and click Invoice to transform the quote/proposal into an invoice.
